Privacy Policy — Moonlight Accessories

The short version: we collect only what we need to deliver your order — your name, mobile number and address. We never sell your information. We do not take card payments, so we never hold any card or bank details.

Who we are

Moonlight Accessories is an online retailer of premium synthetic hair extensions, based in Lahore and delivering across Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through moonlightaccessories.pk.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you place an order we ask for:

Your name — so the courier knows who to deliver to;
Your mobile number — so we can confirm the order and the rider can reach you;
Your delivery address and city — so the parcel arrives;
Your email address — optional, used only to send your order confirmation;
Order notes — optional, anything you tell us about the delivery.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics record technical details such as your approximate location, device type, browser, and which pages you viewed. This is used to understand what is popular and to keep the site working.

We never ask for card, bank or wallet details. Every order is Cash on Delivery and paid to the rider in person. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for an OTP, a card number or a bank transfer to release a parcel, it is not us — please report it.

How we use it

To process, confirm, pack and deliver your order;
To contact you about that order — confirmation calls, delivery updates, or a problem with stock;
To handle returns, exchanges and refunds;
To understand which products and shades our customers want;
To measure whether our advertising works.

We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and advertising

Our site stores a small amount of data in your browser so that your shopping cart survives if you close the page and come back. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

TikTok Pixel

We advertise on TikTok, and our site includes the TikTok Pixel. It records actions such as searching, viewing a product, adding one to your cart and placing an order, and reports them to TikTok so we can tell which adverts bring customers.

When you place an order we also send TikTok a scrambled (hashed) version of your mobile number, and your email address if you gave one, so it can recognise that the advert you saw led to a sale. This uses SHA-256 hashing performed inside your own browser: TikTok receives an irreversible string of characters, never your actual number or address, and we do not send your name, your delivery address or what you paid to anyone for advertising.

TikTok may set its own cookies and process this data under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not be tracked, you can:

Adjust the ad personalisation settings inside the TikTok app;
Use your browser's tracking-protection or private-browsing mode;
Use an ad blocker — our site works normally with one enabled.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with:

Courier companies — your name, address and mobile number, so they can deliver your parcel;
TikTok — advertising measurement data as described above;
Our hosting provider — which stores the site and its database on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records — including your name, contact details and what you bought — are kept as long as we need them for our business records, warranty and returns handling, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

How we protect it

The whole site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to our order records is limited to the people who run the shop and is protected by individual passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

Tell you what information we hold about you;
Correct anything that is wrong;
Delete your details from our records;
Stop contacting you.

Just message us with the request and your order number, and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date below.
